Since March 2023 we have been using the digital assistant Aaron.ai for phone calls. The difference to the answering machine: the digital assistant starts a dialog in which your request and personal data (name, date of birth, health insurance) will be transcribed in a structured matter. This allows us to process your request quickly and then contact you via SMS or call back. The legal requirements of data protection are taken into account.
